Class Rep Responsibilities
- Communicate with parents, whether in person, by phone or email
- Coordinate annual grade-specific activities and foster new activities that meet the evolving needs of parents
- Welcome new families and engage with existing families in the grade
- Support the grade-level teachers and/or administrators when asked
- Serve as grade liaison as necessary
- Promote and attend grade, division, and school-wide activities and events
- Encourage parents to participate in school-wide activities and events

FALL FEST
Annual event bringing D-E Lower School families together early in the school year. Features games, inflatables, music, food/drinks, booths, and more!
PHOTO DAY
A day planned, organized, and run by PA volunteers to have classroom and individual photos taken for all Lower School students.
BOOK FAIR
A multi-day event that includes book sales and raffles.
COOP STUDENT CAFE
The Coop is the social center of the Middle and Upper School. Volunteers help sell food and beverages to students.
SKATE DAY
Annual event inviting Lower School families to the rink for a fun day of ice skating!
SPRING CARNIVAL
Annual all-school event organized by the PA and Student Activities. Features carnival games, crafts, inflatables, live music performances, food/drinks, Upper School club booths, and more!
YEARBOOK
A Lower School yearbook that is created, coordinated, edited, and delivered by PA volunteers.
